At Doe Wear, your privacy is a priority. This policy explains what data we collect when you use our store, and how we use and protect it, in accordance with Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020.

Data we collect

• Order data: name, phone number, delivery address, and email — required to process and deliver your order.
• Browsing data: cookies and measurement tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Pixel, used to improve the shopping experience and measure our campaigns.
• Contact data: whatever you send us via contact forms, email, or WhatsApp.

How we use your data

• Processing and delivering orders, and communicating about them (order confirmation, shipping updates).
• Improving the store, our products, and customer service.
• Sending offers and marketing messages only if you subscribe — you can unsubscribe at any time.

Data sharing

We never sell your data to any third party. We share it only with the service providers needed to run the store: Shopify (store hosting and order processing), shipping companies (name, address, and phone for delivery), and analytics/advertising tools according to their settings.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data, and to withdraw your consent to marketing messages at any time, by emailing doewear2@gmail.com.

Data protection

Payments and order data are processed through Shopify's SSL-encrypted infrastructure, and we never store any card details on our systems.
