Is cash on delivery available?

Yes 🖤 Cash on delivery is available across all Egypt governorates — order comfortably and pay when your order arrives. We'll contact you first to confirm your order.

How long does shipping take, and how much does it cost?

Greater Cairo and Alexandria: 2–3 business days. All other governorates: 3–5 business days. Shipping cost is shown clearly at checkout before you confirm. Full details in our Shipping Policy.

How do I find my right size?

Every product page has a “Size Guide” button with measurements in centimeters. Our fits are oversized — take your usual size for a fitted look, or size up for extra room. Still unsure? Message us and we'll help you choose.

What if the size isn't right?

No worries — you have 14 days from delivery for a free exchange (size or color) or a return, as long as the piece is unused with the tag attached. Full details in our Exchange & Refund Policy.

How do I track my order?

How do I care for my pieces?

Our pieces are 100% imported cotton — cold wash, no dryer, and low-heat ironing, so the piece keeps its shape and color longer.

Do you have physical stores, or online only?

Doe Wear is currently fully online, shipping across all of Egypt — that's how we offer better fabric at a better price 🖤
